Crematorium Office

Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Closed on bank and public holidays)

Main Gates & Car Park Access

Winter (October–March): Gates open 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Summer (April–September): Gates open 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
After these hours, the gates are locked, limiting vehicle access.

Book of Remembrance Chapel

  • Open Daily:

    • Weekdays: 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

    • Weekends & Bank Holidays: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

  • The chapel welcomes visitors all year round, giving you the opportunity to view the Book of Remembrance and pay respects.

Chapel Facilities

  • Multi-Denominational Chapel

    Seats up to 100 people, accommodating various faiths and beliefs.

  • Obitus Multimedia System

    Enables families to share music, photo tributes, or videos during services, adding a personal touch to each farewell.

Getting There

  • By Train:

    The nearest train station is Stoke-on-Trent. From there, you can catch a bus to the Newcastle-under-Lyme bus station and then connect to Bradwell.

  • By Bus:

    From Newcastle-under-Lyme bus station, the following buses serve the local area: 94, 4a, 99, and 98.

Floral Tributes

Following a cremation service, floral tributes remain on the racks for one week, after which they are respectfully removed by the crematorium staff.

  • Wheelchair:

    Available at the crematorium office for visitors who need assistance.

  • Hearing Loop:

    A portable hearing loop system is on hand to help those with hearing aids better engage with the service.

Cremation Records

The crematorium office provides a dedicated room with access to all cremation records, as well as maps and plans of the grounds. You’ll need to book an appointment, and a charge may apply for this service.
